My EFootball Account Was Accessed Without My Permission

I am writing regarding a serious security issue with my eFootball account. About a week ago, a scammer managed to log into my account and changed the linked data, replacing my email with their own Gmail address. Since then, I no longer have proper control over my account. I have proof of the situation in the form of a screenshot from the Konami ID account link page, where my User ID, Konami ID and the currently registered email address are clearly visible, showing that the email has been changed without my authorization. This situation makes me very worried about possible misuse of my account and any data linked to it. I contacted eFootball/Konami support about this but so far I have not received any response. I am stuck and cannot resolve this on my own. I kindly request that you urgently unlink the scammer’s Gmail from my eFootball/Konami account and restore the account to my control, or provide me with a secure way to regain access. I would like this issue to be investigated as an unauthorized access and handled as a priority.
