Konami ID Hacked – Email Changed Without My Permission

I am writing because my Konami ID, which I mainly use for eFootball, has been accessed by someone else without my permission and my account email has been changed today. After this change I was logged out of the game and I can no longer manage or change the email address on my account. Previously, my Konami ID was registered with the email address "javohiryunuso***@gmail.com". Now a different email address appears on my profile, and I have completely lost control of the account. This situation occurred today and I am very concerned that my account may be used by someone else. I can prove that the account belongs to me. I have purchase receipts and emails linked to the old address which show that I am the real owner of this Konami ID. I kindly request that my account be checked, that the unauthorized access be investigated and that the email address on my Konami ID be reset to my old email so that my access can be fully restored. I am ready to provide any purchase receipts or other evidence you may need to verify my ownership.
