I Lost Access to My Konami eFootball Account After Gmail Was Hacked and Google Ignored Me

I urgently need assistance recovering my Konami eFootball account, which I used to play on my mobile device. My Gmail account—linked to the game—was recently hacked. I hadn’t added Gmail to my current phone since I had changed devices and didn’t feel the need to log in again. Unfortunately, last week, someone gained access to my Gmail, changed all the recovery information, and completely locked me out.

What’s even more frustrating is that Google has been no help at all. Despite trying every option to recover the account, I can’t receive verification codes anymore, which means I can’t even attempt to retrieve my Konami profile.
