Hacked eFootball Account And Unauthorized Konami ID Change

I am an eFootball 2026 player on Android and my account was hacked today. Someone gained unauthorized access to my account and changed the Konami ID linked to it without my permission. I still remember the original email/Konami ID that was registered to my account and I can provide this information and any other verification details if needed. I have not yet contacted customer support through other channels. I request that my eFootball 2026 account be recovered and linked back to my original email/Konami ID and that any unauthorized changes to the account access be reversed. I also ask that the necessary security checks be carried out so this does not happen again.
