eFootball Transfer Limit Error - Android Account Access Blocked

I have an issue with my eFootball account on Android that started around 11/12/2025. I was suddenly logged out of my account and when I tried to log back in, I received a message that I had reached my transfer limit, even though I did not make any transfers. I waited for the monthly reset, but after the reset it still showed the same transfer limit message and I could not regain normal access. This is a big account that I have invested time and money into, and I am very concerned because I have been monitoring the situation and it appears that someone else is constantly in the account. I still have access to my Konami ID, but the in‑game access and the transfer limit issue are not working as they should. Despite contacting support, I have not received any response so far. My in‑game user details are ASQL-222-554-351, username PAIN_0_0_, and my Konami ID email is gracemaha****@gmail.com. I kindly request that my transfer limit block be removed, that my full access to the account be restored, and that an investigation be carried out into the unauthorized access or possible hacker on my account. I want my account secured and returned to me in full so I can use it normally again.
