In Konami’s mobile game eFootball 2026, the Konami account linked to my game was stolen, and I have been unable to access my account for the past two days. Between January 11 and January 12, I realized I couldn’t log in, and I understood that my account had been taken over without my permission.
My in-game name was “altan31,” but my account name has now been changed to “Hebuncans.” I did not make this change, and this is clearly an unauthorized access situation. Not being able to access my account has seriously harmed me in terms of both my game progress and the time and effort I invested.
I contacted Konami’s support channels and reported the situation, but the responses I received were far from solving the problem and were not sufficient. When there is an obvious account security breach, not receiving a clear and satisfactory response about the process has been a major disappointment for me.
I am requesting that my account be fully restored and returned to me, including changing the username back to “altan31,” and I also request a detailed explanation regarding the harm I experienced during this process and a fast resolution.
