After I provided this information, my account was hacked, and I have not been able to log in since. When I reached out to Konami customer service for help, I was told “no such account exists,” which is not true, as I had been actively using it.
This account also contained about 60₺ worth of in-game purchases, which I now cannot access. Losing both my account and my purchases due to this phishing incident has caused me frustration and financial loss.
I request that Konami urgently investigate this matter, restore my account access, and secure it against further unauthorized use. I also expect my in-game purchases to remain intact. I ask for clear guidance on the recovery process so that I can continue playing without the risk of losing my account again.
