Konami Stalls on Hacked eFootball Account Recovery
My eFootball Mobile account — one I have invested years of effort into and made significant in-game purchases on — has been wrongfully taken over by an unauthorized party. As soon as I realized what had happened, I contacted the Konami Support Team and provided them with all official documentation proving my ownership of the account, yet I have been strung along with delay tactics for weeks.
All concrete evidence establishing that the account belongs to me has been submitted to Konami's system. This includes all official Google Play purchase receipts and GPA invoice numbers for every transaction made through the platform, the full device history associated with the account from creation through active use, and a 30-second video recording taken shortly before the account was stolen — clearly showing the squad composition, player roster, and account identity.
Despite evidence this clear and this overwhelming, Konami has refused to initiate the data transfer process and continues to stall with bureaucratic excuses. I am being unlawfully denied access to my digital assets and content I legally paid for.
Due to Konami's negligent and indifferent handling of this matter, I have also initiated all necessary consumer dispute notifications through Google Play. I am demanding that my account be immediately transferred to the clean and secure new account I have created through a data transfer. I am formally stating that if this matter is not resolved without further delay, I will exercise every legal and institutional right available to me to recover my financial losses, and I am demanding the immediate return of my account.
