I am an active eFootball player on Android, and I log into the game using my Google Play account. About one month ago, my account was stolen without my knowledge, and when I logged in, I discovered that all of my players in the game had been deleted.
I have invested a great deal of time and effort into this account, and I have spent approximately $161 in total on in-game purchases. I can no longer use my account as I did before, and I have lost all of my players as well as the enjoyment of the game.
I have not yet been able to contact eFootball / Konami or Google Play support, which is why I am seeking help through this complaint. I request that my account be investigated, that access to my stolen account be restored to me if possible, and that my deleted players or the monetary value I spent, approximately $161, be compensated.
I kindly ask that my issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
