I Spent Money on eFootball but Lost My Account to Hackers

Approximately 5–6 months ago, my eFootball mobile account was stolen, and ever since then I have been trying to recover it. My account was linked to a Konami ID, my in-game username was “taksici_Fatih,” and it was a highly developed account with a collective strength of 3197 that I had spent around 3 years building. I invested both a significant amount of time and real money into this account, and I still have the GP purchase codes and payment records related to it.
After my account was stolen, I contacted Konami many times, explained the situation in detail, and provided information that could prove the account belonged to me. Despite this, I usually received negative responses, and my account has still not been returned to me. On top of that, the person who stole my account has reportedly been trying to sell it to other people for money, which has made the situation even more upsetting and damaging for me.
I request that Konami conduct the necessary investigations and restore my stolen eFootball mobile account and the connected Konami ID back to me. I also want all of my in-game rights, progress, and purchased content to be fully returned and restored to my account.
