Konami Rejected My Hacked Account Recovery Request
The Konami ID account linked to my eFootball game on Android was stolen yesterday evening at around 8:00 PM. First, the Gmail account connected to my Konami ID was compromised, and then I noticed that my Konami ID had been transferred to another account entirely.
I attempted to get help through Konami and the relevant support channels, explained the situation in detail, and my request was still rejected and denied. I have made a very large number of purchases through Google Play for this game, have spent a significant amount of money, and had many legendary players in my account. All of that effort and all of the money I spent is now in someone else's hands.
My request to Konami is that my stolen Konami ID account be identified and returned to me, and that my account be fully restored with all of its players and purchased content intact.
