Konami eFootball Account Hacked, Unable to Recover Game Data
My eFootball mobile account, which is linked to both my Konami ID and my Google Play account, has been hacked. Since then I have not been able to log in using my email address and I have completely lost access to the game and my data. The last time I was able to access and play on this account was around June 2026. After noticing that I could no longer log in, I contacted both Konami and Google Play support. However, I was informed that they are not able to help me, and my account is still inaccessible. I request that my eFootball account be recovered and access restored to me, including my in‑game progress and data if possible. I kindly ask you to investigate this security issue, verify my ownership of the account, and help me regain control of it as soon as possible.
