Konami Support Has Not Responded to My Stolen eFootball Account
My account connected to a Konami ID in eFootball 2026 has been stolen for approximately 3–4 weeks, and I can no longer access it in any way. My previous in-game username was “Yusufpro47,” and the registered email address on the account was y***********@gmail.com. Since April 26, whenever I try to enter the game, I continuously receive a “network connection error occurred” message and cannot reach my account.
Even though I opened a support ticket with Konami regarding this issue, I still have not received any response. I want my account to be thoroughly investigated for security reasons and for my original account, including all of my progress and saved data, to be fully returned to me as soon as possible.
