Konami ID Hacked, Email Changed and CAPTCHA Verification Failed on eFootball
On the morning of 18 September 2026, my Konami ID for eFootball appears to have been stolen and accessed without my permission. After this unauthorized access, the email address linked to my Konami ID was changed, and I have not been able to log in properly since then. When I try to sign in on the Konami ID login screen, I receive a "image verification failed" error in the CAPTCHA section, which repeatedly prevents me from accessing my account even though I enter my email and password correctly. This shows that my access is effectively blocked and I cannot use my eFootball account or reach my data. I have already contacted Konami support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of feedback, while my account remains compromised and unusable, is very concerning for me. In order to resolve this problem, I request that my Konami ID be recovered, the unauthorized email change be reverted back to my original email, and that additional security measures be provided for my account so that similar incidents do not happen again. I kindly ask for my account to be restored as soon as possible and for my access and data security to be fully ensured.
