Recover Hacked eFootball 2026 Account After Email Change

I am writing because my eFootball 2026 account linked to my Konami ID has been hacked and the email address on the account has been changed without my permission. I first noticed this issue on 4 August 2026, when I could no longer access my account. I have not shared my account details with anyone and did not authorize any change of email. As a result of this unauthorized access, I am now completely locked out of my account and unable to use any of my in‑game progress or purchases. I kindly request that my account be recovered and the email reset back to me, and that access for the person who hacked the account be removed.
