My Konami ID linked to eFootball has been hacked without my permission, and the Gmail address associated with the account was changed. I noticed this issue on 06/09/2026 while trying to access my account from Bangladesh and realized that I could no longer log in because my email had been altered by someone else. I want my eFootball account to be recovered urgently and the hacked Konami ID to be secured. I request that you restore my access, revert the unauthorized email change, and link the account back to my own Gmail address as soon as possible, because I did not authorize any of these changes and I am currently completely unable to use my account. I have already contacted you about this problem but have not received any response yet, and my account remains at risk.
