Konami ID Error Blocks Access to PES Mobile Account on Android
When I try to log in to PES Mobile on my Android phone using my Konami ID account, I constantly receive an error saying “this account is linked to another game,” and because of this, I am completely unable to access the game. Since this issue started, I have not been able to access my account, which means I cannot reach my in-game progress, my team and players, or the content I paid for.
I tried contacting in-game support and Konami customer service, but I have not received any response, and therefore I have been unable to resolve the issue on my own. I request that it be determined which game my account is currently linked to, that this connection be removed, and that I be allowed to regain full access to my PES Mobile account without any issues.
I do not want to lose an account that I invested money in and built through significant time and effort. I am requesting assistance so that this issue can be reviewed, my account can be restored, and all of my progress can be fully returned.
