Konami eFootball ‘ID Locked’ Error Recovery Problem

I can’t log into my Konami eFootball account from my Android device. After deleting the game from my phone and reinstalling it, I tried to access my old account, but I keep getting an “ID locked” warning on the screen. I know both my registered email address and my Konami ID information, yet I still cannot access my account.

I kindly request that the lock on my account be removed so that I can regain access, along with any necessary instructions that I need to follow. I want my account to be reopened with full security and to continue the game right where I left off.
