Konami eFootball Account Recovery Request

I can't access my eFootball account, and it's really annoying! I'm having trouble with my account being linked to Google Play Games. It seems like the connection is not working properly. I am able to still access my Gmail account, however, it does not assist me in gaining access to PES. Hey Konami, I could really use your assistance! I would like to regain access to my eFootball account and find a way to link it back to Google Play Games, if possible. If linking is not dependable, it would be beneficial to have an alternative login method for these accounts to prevent any potential future problems. I plan to reach out to Konami support directly and express my experience on various social media platforms.
