I Can’t Transfer My PES Account via Google Play and Konami Still Hasn’t Fixed the Issue

I’m having a serious problem with data transfer in Konami’s PES Mobile game. I’ve always used Google Play to back up and log into my account, but now the transfer isn’t working at all. I’ve tried everything, but I simply can’t access my account from my new device. This issue is preventing me from playing—a game I truly enjoy, especially with my friend.

Even though my account may not have the highest rating, it’s still extremely important to me. I’ve put in real effort, time, and energy to build it, and the fact that I’m being blocked from accessing it due to a broken transfer feature is incredibly frustrating. I just want to keep playing the game I love.

Konami, please fix the Google Play data transfer issue immediately. Countless players rely on this feature, and right now, it’s completely unreliable. You need to offer proper support and ensure that players aren’t losing access to their hard-earned accounts.
