I used to log into my PES (Konami) account through my Konami ID, which was linked to my main email address and password. Unfortunately, I lost access to that email account. Now, when I try to log in or change the email address, the verification code is sent only to that lost email—which I can no longer access.
Even though I had two backup connections set up, including Google Play for data transfer, I’m now completely locked out after switching phones—from Android to iPhone. On iPhone, the only option for linking is through Game Center, and there’s no way to use Google Play to access my account. This makes it impossible to recover or log into my original account.
My in-game username is "eryurek", and I’ve poured so much time and effort into building my profile. It’s incredibly frustrating that Konami allows users to add multiple connections but still forces all recovery codes through one email address—and then offers no in-game option to update that email or change login credentials.
Konami, please add a feature that allows players to change their email address or password from within the app, especially for those who still have valid secondary login methods like Google Play. This issue affects many players, not just me. You’re putting our accounts and all our invested effort at risk.
