Konami Efootball Account Hacked

I have a serious issue with my Konami ID account linked to Yu-Gi-Oh! on my Android phone. My Konami ID has been hacked and the email address connected to my account has been changed without my permission. I originally registered the account with this email address: emmanuelola***[email protected]. Today I noticed that I could no longer access my account, and I later saw that a Konami ID email change verification code had been sent, confirming that someone changed my email without my authorization. I no longer have access to the email that is currently linked to the account, so I am completely locked out. I kindly request that my Konami ID be recovered and the registered email be reverted back to: emmanuelola***[email protected], or that you provide me with a secure way to verify my identity so I can regain access to my account and secure it again. I ask for your urgent help in resolving this situation because I am unable to use my account at all at the moment.
