Konami ID Hacked and Email Changed Without Permission on eFootball Account

On 16 September 2026, my Konami ID linked to eFootball on my Android mobile phone was hijacked. Someone gained unauthorized access to my Konami ID and changed the registered email address to their own, “evebye***@addrin.uk,” which does not belong to me. I have attached a screenshot of the current Konami ID login screen showing this email address. After this change I completely lost access to my Konami ID account. I tried to change both the email address and the password, but these attempts were unsuccessful and I am now unable to log in to my Konami ID at all. Because of this, I cannot manage my account, protect my personal data, or secure the account against the person who hijacked it. The affected game account is linked to the in‑game ID ASPZ-061-754-402, and I use eFootball on a Tecno KL4 device running Android 14. I kindly request that you urgently investigate this situation, remove the hacker’s email address from my Konami ID, and help me regain full access and control of my account as soon as possible.
