Someone Has Stolen My Efootball Account
I’m writing about my eFootball mobile account, which is linked only to my Konami ID and registered in Brazil. On February 3, 2026, at around 11:00 PM, I realized I could no longer log in to my account, and I later discovered that the email address associated with my Konami ID had been changed without my permission. Before I lost access, my account was linked to abeka****@gmail.com. This account contained valuable players, including Gullit and Batistuta, and I also spent real money on it by purchasing around 1,000 coins or more in total. I have not shared my account with anyone and did not authorize any changes to the email address or login details. I have not been able to reach support through any other channel, which is why I’m submitting this complaint. I respectfully request that my case be thoroughly investigated, the unauthorized email change be reversed, and access to my original account be restored to me as the rightful owner. If possible, I also ask that you secure my account against future unauthorized access and ensure that my players and purchases remain intact.
