Konami eFootball In-Game Currency Disappeared

When I logged into eFootball today, I couldn't help but notice that all of my in-game currency had vanished. I'm unsure about the cause of this situation, and I have concerns regarding the security of my Konami account. I've been playing this game for quite a while now, and I've dedicated a significant amount of time and energy to accumulate my in-game currency. I really don't want to lose all of that work.
