My eFootball account that I play on mobile was stolen. The account was originally under my control and was linked to my Konami ID email address serpilbatb****@gmail.com
. More than a month ago, I logged into the game during the daytime and then logged out. When I logged back in later that same evening, I saw that my account name had been changed, most of my players had been sold, and my team logo had been changed to Beşiktaş, even though I am a Galatasaray supporter.
At the moment, the person using my account appears with the in-game name “a**”. Despite this, I am still able to log in to my own account, and within the system, I also see another email address listed as the Konami ID–associated email: t*@gmail.com**. In other words, my account is being used under my original email address, yet another person’s email address appears in the system, and actual control of the account has effectively been taken away from me.
During this process, I tried reaching Konami through Instagram, but my messages were not seen and I received no response. I am extremely concerned about the security of both my account and my personal information, and I am experiencing serious distress because of this situation.
As the rightful owner of the account, I request that my account be fully returned to me through the original Konami ID–linked email address s*@gmail.com**, that the person who stole the account have their access completely terminated, and—if possible—that the players who were unfairly sold and the unauthorized changes made to my account be compensated or restored. I ask that a proper investigation be conducted and that my account be securely returned to me.
