Recover My KONAMI ID After a Hacker Changed My Email

I use eFootball on mobile with a Konami ID, and on 23 July 2026 my account was hijacked. Someone gained access to my Konami ID, changed the registered email address to their own and took control of the account. The attached screenshot clearly shows the current user information and the email that does not belong to me. After this change I lost access to my Konami ID account. I tried to change the email address and password, but these attempts did not work and I can no longer access my Konami ID at all. Because of this, I am unable to manage my account or secure it from the person who hijacked it. I request that you remove the hacker’s email from my Konami ID and help me regain full access and control of my account.
