Konami eFootball Account Hacked - Cannot Pass Security Code

I have been using my Konami account with the email address “kenne***ege47**@gmail.com” to play eFootball/PES on Android, but shortly before the last game update on Thursday I realized that my account had been hacked or compromised. Since then, I have been unable to access my account because a code appears that blocks my login, and I am locked out of my game profile. I do not know exactly what the hacker may have changed inside the account, but I can no longer pass the security code screen and therefore cannot enter my account or use my team and progress in eFootball. I also do not know the official Konami support website to properly report this issue, so I have not been able to get any direct help from the company. I kindly request that my Konami/eFootball account be verified, the unauthorized security code or blocking situation be removed, and my access restored as soon as possible. I also ask that the account be secured against further unauthorized access so that I can continue to use my eFootball account safely.
