I enrolled in a math course on Kodland, but since the start of the program, I’ve experienced continuous technical issues that have made it difficult to follow the lessons properly. In addition, the support team’s responses regarding class schedules have been slow and inconsistent, which caused further frustration. I also find the course fee quite high compared to the service quality provided.
Due to these ongoing problems, I contacted Kodland customer service and initiated a refund request. I am currently waiting for the process to be completed. The course was purchased online, and my receipt number is 1155-9685.
I kindly request that my refund be processed as soon as possible and that Kodland ensures better technical stability and communication for future students.
