Kodland Ignored Refund Request After Repeated Class Cancellations and No Teacher

We enrolled in Kodland’s online education program three weeks ago, but for the past two weeks, we’ve been facing serious issues. The instructor has repeatedly failed to attend classes, the mentor does not reply to messages, and lesson links are often not sent before class time. Because of these ongoing problems, we haven’t been able to benefit from the program at all.

The student’s name is A K*** E*********. I sent an email to Kodland requesting cancellation of the enrollment and a full refund, but I have not received any response so far. We paid ₺30,590 (approximately $1,000) by credit card for this course.

Given these repeated failures and lack of communication, I am formally requesting the cancellation of our Kodland online education membership and a full refund of the payment. Kodland should address this issue promptly and provide better accountability for its instructors and mentors.
