Koçtaş Sent Me an Opened and Used Alf Bt-122 Steam Cleaner with Leaks
On 26.08.2024, trusting in the Koçtaş brand, I purchased the Alf Bt-122 Steam Force Multi Steam Pressure Cleaner from a seller named UFO TR. The product arrived opened and with water stains. The pressure inside was still present, meaning they hadn’t even released the pressure after using it. Additionally, the box was torn, and rather than attempting to fix it, they didn’t even bother to tape it properly to prevent it from opening. The disinfectant that came with it was also opened and used. Since the cap wasn’t fully closed, it leaked everywhere inside the box and onto the product. I don’t know the UFO TR company, but trusting in the Koçtaş name, this product left me deeply disappointed. Building brand trust is hard, but destroying it is easy. Thanks to this supplier, I’ve reached the point where I’m considering never buying from Koçtaş again. I’ve never experienced anything like this with any other online shopping site. This situation does not reflect well on the Koç group.
