Bosch Sells Refurbished Serie 6 Rechargeable Vacuum Cleaner BCS61113
On November 26, 2023, I ordered the Serie 6 Rechargeable Vacuum Cleaner BCS61113 from www.bosch-home.com.tr with order number 1115176639. A used product was sent to me. They instructed me to return it and place a new order. I reordered on November 29, 2023, with number 1115217400, and once again, a used product arrived, with the filter smelling of bleach. They asked me to return it again, assuring that they would address the issue. After a month, they called to inform me that there was nothing more they could do. It turned out to be a complete fiasco. The price of the vacuum cleaner has increased by 2500 TL, and now I cannot find it at the originally ordered price. This ordeal has caused significant distress. Bosch, whose motto is to maintain customer trust, has failed in this instance.

A lady just called me, claiming she was from the Bosch General Directorate, and said they were calling about the complaints I made on social media, but that they couldn't do anything about it. They say they'll call you right away as if they're going to solve the problem, but then they call and say there's nothing they can do. Even a corner store in the neighborhood wouldn't behave like this. The product I bought for 5900 TL has now become 7500 TL. Since they sent me a product that had been used twice, I missed this price, and the big company can't even say let's make a discount to resolve the issue.
