Koçtaş Refused to Replace My Broken Richmond Chair Set

In December 2024, I purchased the Richmond 6-Person Wooden Set (Product Code: 2000033426) online via Koçtaş Acity for ₺18,000. From day one, I followed all the instructions in the user manual and used the product under normal conditions at home after treating it with teak oil, as recommended. In May 2025, while only I (68 kg) and my 7 kg baby were sitting on one of the chairs, it suddenly broke, causing me to fall. Another chair from the same set also developed a crack. There was no excessive weight, impact, or misuse involved. This incident raised serious safety concerns and caused significant inconvenience. When I contacted Koçtaş customer service, they created a support request but closed it without taking any action or offering a solution such as product replacement. I believe the product is still under warranty and that the damage clearly resulted from a manufacturing or workmanship defect. I am requesting that the defective table and chair set be replaced with a new one under warranty. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue.
