Koçtaş Failed to Deliver My Order and Solve My Problem
On 14.11.2024, I ordered 2 camping chairs from Koçtaş. The next day, I received a message saying “Your order is ready”. However, when I went to your Torium Shopping Mall branch to pick up my order, one of your employees told me “These products are defective, that's why they are so cheap. Look, they are torn.” and showed me a defective chair and said, ‘Cancel your order.’ Instead of delivering the product, she turned me away. I have reported this situation to Koçtaş customer service three times, each time receiving misleading feedback saying “We will look into it”, but no concrete solution has been offered for days. I do not demand a refund. I demand that the 2 sturdy camping chairs I ordered be delivered to my home address. If they are defective, I demand that new chairs that are not defective be delivered to me. I spent a great deal of time and effort to get my order by going from Beyoğlu to Beylikdüzü; but the products were not delivered. As of today, 2 weeks have passed and there is still no solution. This is both a situation that damages customer satisfaction and an approach that does not befit your organization. I request that my victimization be eliminated urgently and that the solid products I have ordered be delivered to me as soon as possible.
