Broken Garden Furniture from Koçtaş. Refund Still Pending After Three Months

We placed our trust in the Koçtaş brand and made the decision to purchase a garden table and chair set on March 15, 2024. The set arrived, but unfortunately, the chairs were damaged. We returned them and asked for a refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact, the refund has not been processed. I purchased the set using an installment plan and my credit card. Now, I am preparing to make the third installment payment for an item that I have yet to receive. As someone who is no longer working, this is especially difficult to handle. I deeply regret placing my trust in Koçtaş. Avoid purchasing from them!
