I ordered a pantry cabinet from Koçtaş online, but it was delivered late. When the package arrived, there was no assembly diagram inside! I managed to assemble the product somehow, but there are issues with the shelves that need to be attached to the door. The marked positions do not align, and the front bars are too short! The oval sections are deformed. The product does not match the picture. The door handle is different. Due to the wheels, the door does not close fully and leaves a gap.
It's a ridiculous order fulfillment, and on top of that, there is no one to address this with. I've been asking questions for a while now, but there has been no response! A complete cabinet could not be delivered properly in 1 month.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of customer service from Koçtaş. The missing parts, misaligned shelves, and deformed cabinet do not match the advertised specifications. I expect Koçtaş to resolve this issue promptly by sending the correct replacement parts or arranging a full refund. As an online customer, I deserve a satisfactory shopping experience, which has not been the case here. Please address my concerns at the earliest.
