Koçtaş Did Not Process My Return Request for Shoe Cabinets
On 11.08.2025, I placed an order through Koçtaş’s online store from the seller Aekaonline for 2 shoe cabinets to be delivered to my home address in Istanbul. Just 3 days after receiving the products, I requested a return while they were still in their original packaging and unused. My order number is 1076112678. For over a month, I have been waiting for Koçtaş to issue a return code. Despite calling customer service multiple times and always being told “We will get back to you,” I have not received any updates. During this period, the refund for the amount I paid has also not been processed. I have received no solution or information from the seller Aekaonline either. I request that my return, made under my legal right of withdrawal, be processed immediately and that the amount I paid be refunded to me.
