I ordered three items—a vacuum hose, a metal vacuum pipe, and a vacuum head—for the Arzum AR4088 model vacuum cleaner through Koçtaş’s official website, after confirming with customer service that the parts were fully compatible. However, when the order arrived, I discovered that the items were not even compatible with each other: the hose and pipe didn’t fit properly, and the vacuum head had poor suction power. I applied for a return within the legal timeframe and provided the necessary visual documentation. When I took the items to the shipping company contracted by the supplier, they refused to accept the return in a bag due to the pipe’s length and insisted it be packaged in a box. I spent two hours looking for a suitable box and eventually returned the items accordingly. After the process was delayed by 10–12 days, I contacted the company, only to be told they would not accept the return because it was sent in a box. I have initiated legal action against both Koçtaş and the supplier and filed a formal complaint. I will never shop at Koçtaş again—this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this.
