Kling AI Keeps Charging Me Monthly Without a Subscription or Any Response

I have no current subscription with them but Kling AI still charging my payment card every month. When I checked my account, I essentially paid for nothing since no credits are being added. I tried several times emailing but never got a reply. Frustrated, I sent a note on their Discord and guess what? They merely instructed me to email them once more. I followed such, and still received nothing back. It feels like chatting to a wall. When I eventually got back to my bank, they advised me that totally cancelling my card is the only way to halt these charges. That is simply ludicrous. For a service I hardly use, I shouldn't have to go through all this effort. This entire encounter has been quite unfair and annoying.
