Kling AI Subscription Cannot Be Cancelled - No Option On Website
I subscribed to the Kling AI individual monthly plan on March 4th, directly through the company’s website in Brazil, and since yesterday I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel this subscription. When I access my account on the Kling website, there is no visible or accessible option to cancel the plan, which prevents me from managing my own subscription. Today I sent an email to Kling AI support requesting help with the cancellation, but so far I have not received any response from the company. I consider it very problematic not to find a clear cancellation option on the site and not to receive a timely reply from support for such a basic request. I request the immediate cancellation of my Kling AI individual monthly plan and written confirmation that my subscription has been terminated and that I will not be charged for any future periods after this request.
