Kling AI Charged Me and Won’t Let Me Cancel Membership
I signed up for Kling AI, an artificial intelligence platform, to create a video. I paid ₺9 for the service and used it for about a week without any major problems. However, when I tried to cancel my membership by clicking the link they provided, things went completely wrong. They claim they sent a cancellation email — but I never received any email at all.
I even reached out to their help center via email, asking for assistance to cancel my account properly. But guess what? No one ever replied. No customer service, no help, no acknowledgment. Now I'm stuck with an active membership I don't want, and they are about to charge another ₺9 from my card next month!
This is completely unacceptable. I demand that Kling AI immediately cancel my membership, stop unauthorized charges, and fix their broken support system. Ignoring customers and making it impossible to cancel is not how you run a trustworthy service!
