I placed an order on the Kıyafet Sepeti website, trusting the "same day shipping" claim. However, it's now the third day, and my order status still shows "to be shipped" in the tracking section. Despite informing the support team of my urgency and the fact that I relied on their "same day shipping" promise, I still cannot track my package, and it hasn’t been shipped. I’ve been left disappointed and inconvenienced because my order didn’t arrive when I needed it. This "same day shipping" claim has led to frustration and delays.
