Kıyafet Sepeti Refused to Refund My Poorly Fitting, Expensive Dress

I purchased an evening gown from Kıyafet Sepeti, and as a size 40, I ordered an XL to be safe, thinking it might be a tight fit. However, it arrived so tight that the back wouldn’t even close, and the fabric was far from justifying the ₺5,000 price tag. I requested a refund, explaining that the sizing was incorrect and the dress was faulty. I also mentioned that I couldn’t risk buying another product from them due to sizing issues.

Despite not even paying the first installment of the payment plan, they refused to process a refund. They forced me to exchange it for a larger size, which only fit around the hips, but the chest area was too large. When I took it to a tailor, they said they couldn’t fix it and had never seen such a poorly made gown. Now, I’m left with a dress I can’t wear, just four days before my sister’s wedding. I bought the original dress a month ago, and if they had processed the return, I could have found something else by now. This has been a huge disappointment, and I feel completely stuck.
