I Face 2-Month Refund Delay for Canceled Order on Kıyafet Sepeti

I ordered an abiye dress from Kıyafet Sepeti, but shortly after my purchase, the company informed me that they could not ship the product due to a problem with the item itself. I immediately requested a refund, and they claimed that the refund process had been initiated and would be completed within 15 business days.

However, it has now been over two months, and I have neither received my refund nor been able to reach anyone from their customer service. They do not answer phone calls, and my payment is still missing. This has caused me both financial loss and emotional distress.

I have already filed complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities and will continue to pursue legal action if necessary. I strongly urge others not to shop from this website. I also request that Kıyafet Sepeti immediately refund my money and that the necessary legal actions be taken against this business and its responsible parties to prevent them from scamming other consumers.
