No Response From Kıyafet Sepeti on Size Exchange Since 23rd July

I'm very unhappy with Kıyafet Sepeti. I requested a size exchange for an item, and while they confirmed that the product had been received and that the new size would be sent, I've been receiving the runaround since July 23rd. They keep saying the exchange has been completed and a shipping code will be provided, but nothing has happened. My daughter is a lawyer, and I intend to pursue legal action. I also intend to take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. The wedding is this Friday, and, despite their promises, I have yet to receive the shipping code. This is an unacceptable delay, and you will be held accountable in court. I have all of the necessary evidence, including payment receipts and communication records, and I refuse to let this go.
