I ordered an item from Kıyafet Sepeti, and it arrived in terrible condition. The beads are falling off, the zipper is broken, and the lining is coming apart. When I first reached out, their customer service was responsive while making the sale, but now they are giving vague, unhelpful responses. I am unable to get proper support to resolve the issue. Since I can’t find a solution through their customer service, I am filing a complaint with Consumer Rights. If necessary, my lawyer will also get involved. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I need this issue resolved immediately.
