Kıyafet Sepeti Delays Refund for Out-of-Stock Order
On September 24, I placed an order with Kıyafet Sepeti. Days later, I was informed that the dress was unavailable and asked to choose a different color or model. I requested a refund instead, but they kept delaying with excuses, saying it would take 15 days. Now, they claim the refund will only be processed by November 1.
I contacted my bank, and no refund has been initiated. This is unacceptable, especially since I paid ₺6300 for this dress for my sister's wedding. As a student, this amount is significant, and I feel cheated. I demand my refund immediately and will file complaints with the relevant authorities if this issue is not resolved promptly.
It's been 1 month since I wrote my complaint, and I still haven't reached any conclusion. I can't establish healthy communication with anyone. I call, and a lady answers the phone. The customer representative is not at fault, and I don't want to be rude to her. The company is never interested in this issue and doesn't care.
