My Kiyafet Sepeti Refund Delayed Despite Promises

I ordered a product from Kiyafet Sepeti, but they contacted me to say the item was out of stock. They offered a ₺1000 voucher as compensation. I accepted, thinking I could use it if I found another item I liked. However, I couldn't find anything I wanted, so I requested a refund. They told me to wait 15 days for their accounting procedures to process the refund to my account. After 15 days, I followed up and was told they had forwarded me to the finance department. Then, when I called again, they acted as if the refund was being processed, saying it would appear in my bank account by June 5, 2024. Yesterday, I called my bank to check, but there's no sign of any pending transaction. They are not refunding my money.
