I Can’t Get My Refund from Kiyafet Sepeti for 2 Months – They Keep Delaying

I’ve been waiting over two months for my refund from Kiyafet Sepeti and still haven't received a single kuruş back. Every time I reach out, they give the same runaround — “We're forwarding it to the finance department,” “It’s under review,” or “We’re checking.” But absolutely no action is taken. It feels like they’re deliberately stalling.

This company is nothing like it appears online. They don’t take responsibility, and when you persist, they either ignore you or block you completely. There is no real customer support, no direct contact to help resolve the issue, and no accountability. I demand an immediate refund of my money and for someone responsible to respond and solve this.
