Kiyafet Sepeti Refund Issue for My Order

On June 13, 2024, I placed an order from Kiyafet Sepeti. They contacted me to inform that the product was not in stock. They offered a ₺500 coupon, which I declined and requested a refund instead. It has been 2 months and I still haven't received my money back. They keep transferring me to the financial department or directing me to the bank, but nothing gets resolved. They are holding onto my money for a product they don't have. I am starting the necessary legal procedures.
